·        Introduction of Board Members (Stan Glander, President; Matt Pica, Vice President; Robert Imperato, Andrew Tod, John Floriani, Kristen Kochenour, Jay Wellenbusher, and Ken Kochenour.)

·        Introduction of Lakeview Staff (Steve Sharkey, Resort GM; Philip Bridge , Treasurer; Tara Gilchrist, POA GM and Jodi Wilburn, Asst. Mgr. and Board Secretary.)

 2.)     Reading of the minutes from April 21, 2009 Annual Meeting

·        Changes, additions and deletions

·        Motion to approve

 3.)     Summary 2009 & 2010

·        Management perspective, maintenance and improvements -Tara Gilchrist, POA General Manager.

·        Financial Summary – Philip Bridge , Treasurer

 4.)     Change in Board Members

·        Nominations from floor for potential candidates

·        Counting of ballots and announce new member

 5.)     Open discussion of interest for 2009 & 2010
